When will my order be sent out?
- Items in Stock: Will be dispatched within 2 business days from order.
- Pre-Order items: 6 - 8 weeks manufacture time, then dispatched within 2 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
- Combined orders: Stock items ordered together with pre-order items will be dispatched once the pre-order items arrive. If you would like your stock item dispatched in advance - add a note to your order and we can arrange an extra shipping fee and dispatch the stock items within 2 business days.
How long will my order take to arrive once shipped?
- We use AusPost for shipping. Please check your shipping number for updates.
- For standard post (business days) QLD 2-4 days, NSW, ACT, VIC & SA 4-6 days NT, TAS & WA 7-9 days.
What UPF rating are your shirts and dresses?
- Our shirts and dresses have a minimum rating of UPF 30+
- A fabric must have a UPF of 30 to qualify for The Skin Cancer Foundation’s Seal of Recommendation. A UPF of 30 to 49 offers very good protection.
What payment methods can be used?
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Paypal, bank deposit, Zippay and AfterPay.

- Shirts and Dresses can take up to 6 - 8 weeks as they are made to order by our manufacturers. We do our very best to adhere to these time frames but there can sometimes be delays out of our control.
- We are based in Brisbane, Queensland and postage time will depend on where you live in Australia. * PLEASE NOTE - If you select Express post this only applies to the way your items are sent with Australia Post - It does not change the manufacturing time.
- If you haven't received an email confirmation of your order or shipping update please check your spam/junk folder and contact us if you haven't received confirmations, drafts or shipping details from us and we can resend them.
